Gran Hotel LA HACIENDA | La Pineda Platja

Hola,

On my return from having spent a wonderful week at your Hotel last week, I realised that I had forgotten to complete the questionnaire, so I just wanted to express my thank you and give you my feedback. Your staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and accommodating, your food was excellent, both in taste and variety, the rooms were lovely and spacious, the beds were comfortable and your facilities were very useful.

I have no complaints, except to say that it would have been nice for the rooms to have a free safe instead of being charged for it and that I missed not having a facecloth and showercap in the bathrooms. Perhaps also a more thorough information brochure in the rooms giving the rates etc of all the facilities would have made it easier.

I also want to particularly thank one of your reception ladies (with long black hair) who came on duty at 7pm on Saturday 21st April. I don't
recall her name, but I feel that her friendly and helpful service deserves an extra special mention. The service she gave was extremely efficient and her assistance to all our queries was excellent and wonderfully appreciated.

Thank you again for a wonderful holiday and I will definitely be recommending your Hotel to all my family and friends!

quiero agradecer públicamente la atención que hemos recibido por parte del personal del hotel en especial al director y a Cristina de recepción las instalaciónes escelentes, todo muy límpio y la comida falta un poco mas de variedad pero buena. Saludos y gracias a todo el personal del hotel. Muy amables

Simplemente decir que el trato ha sido excelente, la comida muy bien y la habitación cómoda y silenciosa. Volvería sin problemas.

el hotel muy bonito, la estancia muy agradable, los empleados muy simpaticos, la habitacion estaba muy bien, lo de la comida es lo que menos, porque para ser de 4 estrellas no habia mucha variedad en la cena. el spa pequeño piscina jacuzzi etc

Un año mas mi agradecimiento a todo el personal y en especial a la Sta CRISTINA ,por sus atenciones ,un plcer el comer esa Paella tan estupenda y el dormir en camas de 1.35 ,un abrazo para todos y asta el año que viene en Septiembre
